Join Town Hall and the Black Farmers Collective for a Day of Service at Yes Farm. In a reprisal of our previous season’s incredible Earth Day volunteer session, join your fellow environmentally conscious Seattleites to help this community grow and flourish. Participants will assist with tasks like weeding, tilling, planting, and removal of invasive plants. Lend a hand for an afternoon of urban gardening to help this local farm grow strong and become a thriving community resource.
Students and families are welcome! Volunteers under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle. Event will take place rain or shine so please dress appropriately for the weather. Town Hall will provide water and light snacks. Note: This event ends at 12:00pm.
